Reflections On My Video Profile

While making the video, i loved the use of the camera as the picture quality was amazing i thought. I like the fact the camera was small so i could easily take it around to different locations. To edit the video i used 'Windows Movie Maker', as it wasn't the first time iv used this software i found it rather easy. To make the final piece i used a number of transitions, several pictures and background music which improved my raw material.
What I'm most pleased about in the video is, it actually looks fun and not boring and being on my blog people can have a chance to watch it. Also having it online makes it able for people to criticise it so i can take on bored the constructive criticism and work on it for next time i make a video.
I got feedback from my teacher sue. which was positive, saying 'good use of transitions', and just that i could turn the backing track down a little bit so it would be easier to hear me more clearly.
This put me at ease as this was all she said i should change.
Next time when filming i will make sure the surroundings have more light, so you can see me more clearly. Also id use more of a variety of clips eg. different areas, to make my video more fun to watch.

when i compare my video to professional video profiles there a big difference. in other video's the picture quility is more clear and a tripod is used for a still camera. The professional video has some background music like my video but sounds better because the music isnt as loud as mine. some more similarities is that both the professional video and mine have cut away scenes.
